Terms and Conditions

We expect ALL customers to read and understand these terms and conditions prior to booking any service with us. This protects both you (the customer) and us (the detailer). Thank you for understanding.

  • When booking a mobile service, a plug socket must be available for our 30‑metre extension lead.

  • Pictures are necessary to provide an estimated quote.

  • Prices may vary based on the size and/or condition of your vehicle once we see the car in person or it is dropped off.

  • All vehicles receive a visual walk‑around before work starts, with photographs taken to record condition. This protects the company against liability for pre‑existing damage we did not cause.

  • Photographs may be taken during or after the service and may be posted on social media. Number plates will be blurred unless you request otherwise.

  • Odours are not guaranteed to be fully removed from the interior. We will always try our best, and outcomes depend on the service selected and the source of the odour.

  • Please allow the full time advised to carry out the service. If the vehicle is not available for the full duration, full charges may still apply as we have allocated that slot to you.

  • Mobile valet dates may change due to weather conditions. You may alternatively book at our studio for a guaranteed slot.

  • Extremely dirty interiors may not reach a perfect finish in a single session. Additional services may be required to achieve your desired outcome, which will affect the final price and finish.

  • Paint enhancement results vary. Factors include clear‑coat thickness and hardness. In some cases, upgrading to a paint correction package is necessary to achieve a more desirable finish.

  • Any issues with any service must be reported within 24 hours of job completion so we can investigate and resolve promptly.

  • Bookings over £100 require a non‑refundable 25% deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be retained. If we have to cancel the job, the deposit will be refunded. If you notify us 48 hours or more in advance, we can reschedule your booking and carry the deposit forward.
